Weird Food Combinations

That taste good together. I'm talking strange here. My favorites are apples with either salt, peanut butter, or mayonnaise, and bananas with peanut butter AND mayonnaise.

Then there is baked potatoe with steak sauce or french fries with sour cream or mayonnaise.

Do you have any strange food combos that taste good together?

No...I just have to watch you eat that crazy stuff. I do have to admit that steak sauce on baked potatoe or french fries is good. You forgot to mention Popcorn and chocolate, or is that not wierd?

Peanut Butter and Dorito sandwiches! Yummy!! I've been told you can get the same effect with fritos but I like my chessy doritos!

I LOVE popcorn and chocolate...HAVE to have a box of chocolates and a tub of popcorn when I go to the movies...which sadly is only like 2 times a year!.

An old favorite of mine is cottage cheese and croutons, or cottage cheese mixed up in my salad with ranch dressing.

I used to eat cottage cheese and dill pickles when I was a teenager.

The weirdest? Has to be a Hard Salami and Cheetos sandwich with mayo!! yum yum!

I love steak sauce from the bottle, but will eat it on toast, potatoes, you name it...
I also love apples and peanut butter...and peanut butter on my pancakes (if I have enough energy to eat after making pancakes for 5 bottomless pits)

but my fav weird combo would have to be french fries dipped in strawberry shake. Yummy!

My oldest daughter dips Cheetos in her milk, yuck. She didn't learn it from me, thats fer sure!

My dad got me hooked on hot rice with milk and cinnamon/sugar when I was a kid.

My youngest and I like mayo on corn-on-the-cob instead of butter.

A really sharp (acid) Cheese, Xmas fruit cake and a glass of Port.

A bite of the cheese, a bite of the cake, and a sip of the Port.

Every one of your taste buds will fire with this combination.

Then a bite of the Apple to clear the palate and start all over again.

When I was a kid, I used to put potato chips on turkey sandwhiches. Or I'd dip potato chips in ketchup. When I was pregnant, I'd eat saltine crackers with a bowl of palin vanilla ice cream.

I have to have Junior Mints with my popcorn at the movies.
I like to dip my bacon in maple syrup.
I put sour cream on char-broiled chicken.
Peanut butter and bananas is awsome.
Whip cream on honey dew melon and bananas.<~the banana could be for the mental picture
I cut my green beans up and put them into my mash potatoes.
Sour cream in chili.

I am beginning to think that you have a FOOD fetish instead of a FOOT fetish! LOL I think this is your 3rd thread devoted to food. Why would I know that? Apparently I am as obsessed with the topic as you are and keep posting to them!

Mine is kinda strange. Steak with some spreadable cream cheese.

And Fantasy Goddess, popcorn and chocolate isn't unusual at all. I just saw a box of it at Kroger's. Looked good.

Well I've been known to eat some pretty weird combinations before,(just ask my ol'lady).

I like Italian dressing on my steak.

I'll empty out all the leftovers in the frig,throw them in a frying pan,and put a couple of eggs in it.Makes one hell of an omlett.

And for desert,take a bag of M&Ms,and mix them with a bag of cashews.Yum,Yum!

Ruffles potato chips or saltine crackers with egg salad

I just finished eating a small bag of regular M & M's mixed with a small bag of salted peanuts. Love that combination, but hate peanut M & M's.

My brother used to eat potato chip & peanut butter sandwiches, but it had to be Lay's Potato chips & Skippy Peanut Butter on Wonder Bread.
