It's finally raining now.

Yes it's raining, there is water coming from the sky.

I look out on my patio and I see it draining from the downspouts.

I wandered out back and saw it draining into the barrel I had placed under the downspout there.

The temperature is dropping. It's below 80 degrees for the first time in the past week.

Inside it sounds great. Rain on a sheet metal roof has a sound all it's own. Very relaxing.

We keep getting the 'threat' of rain, via dark clouds. But just when you think it'll rain, it doesn't.

Which means, of course, that we'll get a deluge in the next couple of days, causing flash floods and the like.

That happened here all day too, but we finally got our rain a little bit ago.

It rained today on my drive. six hours of constantly adjusting the wipers. I waved at Sarah, but she never waved back. I think the rain kept her inside.

I drove through a horrendous thunderstorm yesterday. Guys on the radio were estimating it an about an inch an hour for a couple of hours.

Finally got rain here. Not much maybe ten minutes worth.

All it's going to do is increase the humidity. Just what we need.

We've been having thunderstorms here with a goodly amount of rain! It was certainly needed. Supposed to rain again today. Smells good out there, too, and it's cooled down some. Very comfortable at present.

It rained really hard yesterday afternoon for a few minutes, and then again a few times last night. We weren't experiencing shortages, but the extra moisture is sure going to be nice to keep it that way
