Yes, we definitely need more female CEO stories. I am all for recalibrating the gender imbalance. The second two scenarios that you mention are particularly intriguing for me. Perhaps they might be combined in some way? How about the middle-aged CEO is a buttoned up type who secretly loves the idea of being taken in hand by her attractive young secretary?
