Well, we get those around here, too. The dry season lasts from July until October, if not given a reprieve in August.

I lived in The City for a while when Uncle decided I had to be there. We had a flat about two blocks down the street from the Jefferson Airplane and across the street from Golden Gate park. Great days, great days.

Don't care for it much, now. When the Hashbury degenerated into another drug-ridden slum it took the magic out of the place for me. Pity.
