Laughing... well in Ireland BBQing is an art.. you cant plan to have one... you seize the moment... and even then you cant be guaranteed the weather.... so quite often you cook out under an umbrella.. and run like hell back inside to eat!!!!

LOL Ok a simple explanation then You take two graham crackers and place a piece of chocolate between them then roast a marshmallow and put it on the chocolate then close it all up like a sandwich and thats a S'more
