In a slightly hard-tack kinda way, I suppose they are. I had porridge for breakfast... I feel all ready for the day now. It's just a bugger that there is so much of it left.

I went to be very early, was doing well with the sleep thing, then turned over. I suffer from back pain induced insomnia
Sumbitch will hurt so bad I have to get up and walk, which of course leads to turning on the coffee pot, which kills further sleep.

Ooh... I sympathise. I still have some discomfort in the shoulder I tore last year. Means if I sleep on one side, I get woken up in the middle of the night. And not in a good way.

I must reduce my coffee intake... I swear I'm like a junkie some days.

it comes from hangin' with a certain duck. if we took her coffee away she'd sleep for 3 weeks
