There should be a law during any season Neffie.. but i agree.. if it doesn't thaw out here soon, i am going to take a sun lamp, suntan lotion, a beach town and chair, sunglasses and little drinks with umbrellas to the Walmart parking lot, park my ass next to a big, big snowbank and cause a big freakin' scene..
