anyway, he was a child actor. used to be in the "our gang" movies.

after that he did a series of westerns where he played a little indian kid sidekick. Red Ryder was the star of the series.

Blakes' most favorite line was in response to Red Ryder's question or statement: "You betchum Red Ryder"
