Bad guys show up and kill her hubby and family. A bounty hunter (Robert Culp) shows up and teaches her. She learns and gets her revenge.

They have to "invent" a new kind of pistol for her because she's not strong enough to cock a std revolver. Some kind of squeeze mechanism they're not all that clear about but for the movie it works.

Culp eventually gets shot protecting her and kicks the bucket. Movie ends with her going off alone to be a bounty hunter.

Like I said, decent flick.

Okay, thank you. I always liked Robert Culp as sketchy characters. Culp(able) . . . .


I prefer the s'ghetti western term "bounty killer." I think it's more to the point, more accurate.

It really is a decent flick. 1 1/2 hrs long so only 1 bucket of popcorn needed.

I think its available on HULU.

Them's what's got bigger hands have a much easier time with the 19th century revolvers. Mostly, it seems they can thumb the hammer more easily without having to roll the gun so far to do it. Then there is fanning with the other hand. I know we have some videos back a half a hundred pages or more of a trick shooter fanning off three shots using his fingers just so.


My personal jury is still out.
