Can i ask what you are afraid of? Is it just the fact of having piss on you? Or is it something deeper? Fear of being degraded etc.?

If it is just the fear of having piss on you, why not try it in the shower for the first time? You can very easily turn on the water and get washed up immediately if you are bothered by the sensation. You may find that you actually like it very much.
