So I have read that Ice cold temperatures in you can just be unsafe... An ice cube? No. An icewater enema is probably not a good idea, though. Variables include: your body weight, volume of solution, temperature of solution, ambient(room)temp, etc... Lot's o'cool stuff out there to try-don't hurt yourself!
