...and I'd completely forgotten just how blatant the whole plot point of the fact he was sleeping with his friend's wife was at the start of the film. Particularly out there for a film from 1956...although it was Don Siegel directing so that could explain it...

That was to confuse people bout what sort of body snatching was going on.
