Wat’s Carbon Water-N-Stuff Thread - Concepts In Iron And Wood!!!

My favourite importer just picked up a major stash of M1 carbines. They have examples from every manufacturer, so if you’re willing to drop the money, you can collect the whole set. I have always wanted an IBM, and I have also wanted a RockOla. That would be an interesting take on business machines and jukeboxes.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy an M1 Universal. The bolts blow.

Kamala Does Speaking Tour To Remind Nation Why Trump Is President

U.S. — With President Donald Trump's approval ratings showing signs of decline, former Vice President Kamala Harris dutifully stepped forward to launch a speaking tour to remind the nation why Trump was elected president.

Harris embarked on a media tour this week to simultaneously promote her new memoir, 107 Days, and help voters across the country remember why they voted for Donald Trump instead of her.

"It's important for people to remember why they made this decision," Harris said during one interview. "Remembering is important because of how important it is to remember. And by remembering, we are reminded of what we are remembering. And that is the important thing."

Voters who saw Harris make the rounds on talk shows this week quickly restated their relief that they had voted to elect Trump. "I had been starting to second-guess myself a little bit, but she brought it all back," said Ray Bradley, who voted for Trump last November. "Things have gotten crazy in the world, prices are still high, and the political discourse has gotten even more contentious. But as soon as I heard Kamala speaking, it reminded me of why we absolutely had to vote for Trump. Can you imagine her actually being president? That's a terrifying thought."

And so on . . . .

Yup, Wat and the Lit MAGAts are still singing praises to the Pig.

1. Lying: deceiving others through spoken words or physical gestures.

2. Divisiveness: creating dissension by causing those in agreement to disagree still further.

3. Harshness: abusing others.

4. Senselessness: talking about foolish things motivated by desire and so forth.

The opposite of these ten non-virtues are the ten virtues, and engaging in them is called the practice of ethics.

I've been able to manage virtues # 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, &10. Working on the others but I'm thinking they're lost causes by this point.

What do you expect from Alexa? She only gets to look at the girl gun but no touchie.

That's one h000r I have yet to talk to.

I did have a funny little woman half my age bring me a pizza for lunch today and then he'p me eat it.

On a long enough timeline, all posts on Lit amount to zero.

So very many of them start there.

Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see . . . .

Dam. All I gots is lucky charms to go with my scented Suave shampoo and debonaire sophisticatedness.

Why do they call it SHAM poo anyway? Is that some kinda hint that you oughta be glad it's not REAL poo you're putting in your hair?

Do not go after the past,
Nor lose yourself in the future.
For the past no longer exists,
And the future is not yet here.
By looking deeply at things just as they are,
In this moment, here and now,
The seeker lives calmly and freely.
You should be attentive today,
For waiting until tomorrow is too late.
Death can come and take us by surprise--
How can we gainsay it?
The one who knows
How to live attentively
Night and day
Is the one who knows
The best way to be independent.

Perhaps, like Carbon Water, you're onto something big. Really big. There is an as-yet unidentified market for REAL-poo.

Fucking genius that.

The new rifle is in. That will be tomorrow’s unconstitutional paperwork and pick up. A scope is coming in. Two muzzle brakes are coming in. And a box of 85-year-old automotive technology books are coming in. Oh, and my scope amount for my old Winchester rifle is coming in.

And so is rain.

It will be gizmo weekend‼️

That $4 billions is worth maybe $85 billion today, plus interest . . . .

No, Britain did not finish paying its World War I debt to the US; it defaulted on the debt in 1934, and the government has not made repayments since. The final payments made by the UK in 2006 were for World War II loans, not the war debt from World War I.

Key Details on the WWI Debt:

  • Default:
Britain suspended payments on its World War I debt to the United States in 1934.
  • Reasons for Default:
The default was a response to France's own default and was influenced by the economic hardship of the Great Depression.
  • Consequences:
The default led to Britain losing access to US financial markets under the Johnson Act of 1934.
  • Unpaid Status:
The UK government effectively abandoned servicing the debt after 1934, leaving an outstanding balance of over $4 billion.
