Wanted, a hero in uniform

So, I found the whole DVD series of Horatio Hornblower series (BBC). I can't help but drool over the actor playing him, but I think it's mainly the whole Hornblower character I want.

I just need a man like him. I need the high cheekbones, the good heart, gentleman attitude, slight shyness and the nice old-fashioned clothes. lol

Now, can't anyone please satisfy my hormones and write a hot erotic story about some Captain on a ship during 18th Century? :) I'd be eternally grateful. :D

Try finding a copy of "A Night in a Moorish Harem" - the adventures of an English Sea Captain by Anonymous. I think it is probably a piece of Victorian erotica. My copy was published by Venus Classics - a series of classic erotic or pornographic writing.

I was thinking of trying one, but everytime I start planning one, the historical accuracy starts sneaking in: boils from bathing in salt water, if at all; missing teeth and weeping scars from scurvy; flatulence from the horrible diet; and, my god, the smell.

On the other hand: floggings, plenty of ropes, and skill with knots to use them, no privacy, and, of course, plenty of motion in the ocean.

Hornblower

I was thinking and planning on just that theme. Strong male characters but with a bit of a feminine side (well maybe). Swashbuckling, pirates, battles and the occasional intimate liason. Give us a day or two for cogitation and I'll start writing.

A hero in uniform

A hero in uniform? How about Pops with an eyepatch, pegleg, and wearing a speedo?

Pops with an eyepatch??? Hey whatever floats your boat! No pun intended.

Should he have a hairy chest and ponytail also?

BTW how do you spell pantaloons?

Two things, Potion:

(1) Plug for myself: In the Sexual Role Playing Board I'm Captain Inigo Hawkins in "The Pirates' Women", where I just seduced the Lady Therese de Quinha rather graphically. Here's a link:
https://forum.literotica.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=147262

(2) Plug for the Aubry/Maturin novels of Patrick O'Brian: If you enjoyed the Hornblower books, you're in for a treat. There are something like 17 or 18 books in the Jack Aubry/Stephen Maturin series by Patrick O'Brian which recounts the advenetures of a Royal Navy captain and his surgeon/spy friend during the Napoleonic wars. These are not adult fiction, of course, but as an inveterate reader I can say that these books are some of the best fiction I have ever read bar none and leave HH in the dust. I read all of them over the summer and am currently rereading the entire series. Just incredible writing. These were the inspiration for my Pirate thread, though I can hardly hope to compare with O'Brian.

OK but just this once, and I still want to know where you got it MG

Hi again again

On a serious note now we've finished hi-jacking your thread lovepotion, I can only agree with the good doctors diagnosis about Hornblower.

I don't think I could write a period piece like this at all realistically enough, I'll try to invent something and get back to you, but don't hold your breath and good luck in your quest for a horny hornblower.

Luv pops................(Loved your first story by the way)

I know it's unusual to walk about with one's cock on one's shoulder, but it was the best I could do at short notice love.

Finished the rum earlier I'm affraid, and you'd best ask the wife about the attitude problem.

Well must go, I have some rape and pilage to perform down by the river.

this gets my day off on a really good foot = ) thanks

I second Lovepotion's initial request. Sexy captains ... frock coats ... yum! If it's fantasy, we can leave out the scurvy and the stink and all that ;) I know I did in my epic 20 chapter Ravishing of Constance story. That's got seafaring rogues, should you be interested.

I've got that Moorish Harem book. Talk about a fellow with stamina! Whoo!

Dear Pop,

I don't mean to cast aspersions on your pirate outfit, but that thing on your shoulder is definitely not a parrot. It looks like a stuffed bustard that someone spray painted day-glo red.

Damn you mathamaticians always get everything right.

Bit of a problem actually, poor thing died as a result of the painting, well I'm not sure if it was the paint or the flame torch getting the green off first.

Pop's AV

Dear Pop,

Your new avathingie is a big improvement. That last one kind of gave me the creeps.

Post one more, MG, you'll have posted 1000.
Then read all your old posts over the next few weeks. Watch how you've changed.
