Want to submit a new chapter - can't log in

I'm hoping someone can direct me. I have some new postings to my stories, but I can't get into the story side. I've tried resetting the password to no avail, and written to the contact form given a few times. It's been a couple of weeks without a response. Is there someone I can contact or some other process? I have posted on the tech part of this forum.

Someone else reported a problem like this recently. The site administration (aka Laurel and Manu) don't respond to email. The usual way to reach them is by using private messaging.

To use private messaging, click on the "User CP" link at the top left of the page, then on "Edit Options." Under "Messaging and Notifications" make sure that the check box next to "Enable Private Messaging" is checked.

Once you've enabled private messaging, send a message to Laurel and/or Manu and explain the problem. I'm not sure how you would prove to them that you are the owner of the account.

Private messaging is enabled, I had posted in the support forum (in addition to the contact form), PM'ed Manu and I've just PM'ed Laurel.

I've provided my username and the password attached to it. Thanks for responding, I do hope I can get back in.

Unfortunately, the person who reported the problem before you had to open a new account. I hope things work out better for you.
