He's saying the guy parked his truck on his granddaughter then while she was on the ground he calmly got out and walked into the building to pay for his gas. Then after paying he walked back out to his truck with a woman under it, screaming in unimaginable agony and just shrugged and started pumping gas. Sounds perfectly believable to me.

If the gas cap was under the rear tag how could he have started pumping gas? Seems like it would be difficult with the tab being blocked by her car and squished body right there blocking the cap.
