I didn't know where to post this, sorry for inconvenience, but does anyone know where this author has vanished too, he's deleted his blog, blocked us from commenting on his stories and deleting all his info on lit. please someone help me :{

Typically, when something like this happens, the author is leaving, and doesn't want any contact with the site any longer.

It could be any number of reasons. I would suggest copying any of the stories you may want for your personal reading pleasure again in the future as soon as possible. Many authors who do this also end up requesting that all their stories be deleted.

That's what I did. Blocked everyone, quit comments/voting then deleted my user name and dropped off the net. But you never know, 3 years later I came back, got my user id back and posted everything all over again.

But ya, Carnk, WanderWonder is most likely preparing to disappear. It's better to let them have their privacy, they may return some day.

His blog is gone also, since this Sunday. All was well on Saturday, but then it vanished just like that. I saw that the stories here got deleted today. Maybe he's trying to protect his privacy. Or maybe it's a really bad case of 'chickenshit'. To quote my favorite author, who is now gone.

I wonder if he got in trouble with his job though. I think he is working in Japan right now and on his blog, he mentioned several times that if his employer ever found out what kinds of stories he is writing, the consequences wouldn have been not very pretty.

Possibly, it's a game in its own right guessing why he closed his blog, i'm glad I saved the copies of Bunny, I don't think I could survive without them...

Astonished/ mortified I failed to notice his disappearance last month. Now on forum for the first time searching, searching any news -- thankfully ya'll are here to confirm (though, of course, I wish you knew more). Copies of any stories would be much appreciated! ps Where is/was this blog you speak of?
