Walk with me

Walking makes me feel soooooo good! You will love it when you get into it.

Thanks. I'll need the encouragement. My start came to a sudden stop for a few days because of a virus, but I'm hoping to get back soon. :rose:
 
I took some time off too. I hadn't walked since last Wednesday. I did get out there yesterday and walk 6 miles :)
 
Took a few days off but getting ready to go for a three miler this morning.

I've been doing the pool class workouts 3 or more times a week. I was seeing a differance in my strength but about 6 weeks ago I started taking adding in cinnamon. I take the extract tabs but I also added in more pepper to what I eat as well. My energy went way up and my favorite jeans are now too big.

Not sure how much I've lost cause I dont' want to know. I cut off eating the frozen foods. I have a couple fo real meals a day & one snack like an orange or bag of pop corn... something fiber.
 
I just got back from my 6 mile walk. It was cold *brrrr* This was the first time I had to wear a jacket and gloves in sooooooooooooooo long! It is 45 right now. It hasn't been this cold in over a year I think.
 
I'm hovering around 198. Appetite been a 'ragin lately. Time to toughen up again. Never gonna be a speedo guy (sorry Jen) but will manage...
 
Still getting in some walking everyday. Scale at hand says 186 or so but I don't quite believe it. When I get a chance to weigh on a better scale, I will let y'all know. The weather is getting nicer. Time to get those tennies dusted off and put to use!:)

Congratulations! Today I walked about 2 miles before 4am this morning but not much since. I stayed up too late and have been playing catch up all day ;-)

I am still recovering a bit from being ill and am walking only about 3 miles per day but hoping to get back up to 5 soon. It would be nice if the ice went away too.

Ya might add a good multi-vitamin to your regimen if'n ya haven't already along with about two 500 mgs. of C (one in morning and one in eve.) I know everyones system is different but I am just passing on what works for me. And take the multi after you have eaten. They tend to get into your system when the digestive juices are flowing...
