Surprisingly no its not. If you made love in a public place then people have the right to shot what ever they want. If they broke into your house or any area you expect a decent amount of privacy then its illegal. But its not against the law to film someone without them knowing. If it was you could sue every bank or major store you went into. You could sue the city for photographing you when you go through a traffic light.

I dont think it would become illegal until it became harassment. But thats a continual thing. No one annoying experience.
