Any recommendations?

If you're into femdom, Karlsson's Gambit is a good mystery thriller, and it has a well-developed storyline for both "dom" and "sub" narrative paths.

UPDATED TOPIC:

Having now played a ton of VN games since I originally started this thread, and also made some progress in my own (LLAMA2 LLM/renpy) game, I'm going to start posting some recommendations here: Each of these games features some, or a significant amount of femdom, which is what pushes my (one and only) button.

I like these games well enough to support the devs on Patreon.

All have a heterosexual male MC.

I won't post links, but a search in F95Zone will get you to them.

Feel free to comment/add your own recommendations too.

Probably not what you're looking for, but I started writing here after reading comics by Erogenesis. A very talented guy. Great with story writing, then having the talent to draw hundreds of panels... Wow.

Well, I liked "Acting Lessons" by DrPinkCake, as it has a really nice story.
Or, if you're more into character exploration, "Halfway House" by Az would work.
Though I have to say that "Lust Theory" by Inceton has impressed me from a technical standpoint (even has voice acting).

Depends on your taste mostly.

There is one I can recommend wholeheartedly, as it has an excellent story, plenty of meaningful choices, and lets you choose your own path. It Is called "Nothing is Forever"
Another good one is "Welcome to Free Will"

Everytime I see Clementines in the market, I get a little emotional twinge.

Amazing how art can totally change the context of an outside thing only through your experience of it.
Yeah... this comic was devastating

FR.

Thanks for bring it up though. Made me go down the rabbit hole and found her Body Music. (came out at worst time of my life so I must've missed it)

Totally different vibe but worth reading and feels like it may go in the "get into X specific headspace" toolkit.

It's lovely but in a different lens on humanity/love sorta way. Digging it.

I'll have to take a look! Wasn't aware of it either.

For clarity, you're using "visual novel" to mean a story told as a computer game, rather than graphic novel, yes? (I don't have recommendations, just looks like people are talking at cross purposes here.)

Ahh. Apologies! I didn't realize visual novels was a completely different thing.

In all fairness, I've seen these terms used interchangeably multiple times.
The only thing that led me to believe he was talking about computer games was the "RenPy" in the title, which is a Python framework allowing people to create those games with little to no programming knowledge.

I can also say that. Depends on your fetish. I liked this particular one for great reasons but I can't just recommend it to everyone.

Yes I did mean that, but I'm glad of all recommendations (including traditional graphic novels).

I've been reading graphic novels from the get-go. In fact I was at one of the earliest GN conferences, with speakers Alan Moore (2000 AD) and Gilbert Shelton (Furry Freak Brothers) back in 2000. France has long had a great tradition (Metal Hurlant). Maus is probably the first classic I've read, and it's brilliant, but I prefer my GN sexier and funnier TBH

Well, Sunstone/Crimson/Fine Print are pretty good for sexy funny! (And occasionally being stabbed in the feels.)

Thanks for those, definitely my cup of tea by the looks of them!

Karlsson's Gambit (Grym Gudinna Games)

Daz renders, a few animations, immersive story with a lot of branches.

The MC and his sister, who live in a futuristic South Africa get caught up in The Karlsson corporation, which basically runs the world economy. The MC starts out as a prisoner, framed by the corporation, and his sister gets recruited into the higher echelons of the organisation. They must work together (or against each other) to discover their own family history, which is intimately bound up with the corporation itself.

There are two broad paths for the MC, sub or dom, both of which progress the story.

The dialog is sharp, and there is no 3rd person narrative at all, which is great – action and dialog alone propel the mystery.

A Shot in The Dark (VIM Studios)

A relationship/College-themed game with an unsolved crime.

Daz/Renpy

Positive choices with one person might negatively impact relationships with others, so you can’t just have sex with everyone. Building relationships is important and has to be done right to progress the game. Very good UI. Slightly didactic and preachy in places. No 3rd person narrative or inner monologues

How To Fix The Future (MrMoonmi)

Incel is projected into the future to save the Earth from destruction.

Daz/Renpy

Snappy dialog, no 3rd person narrative. Funny, sharp GenZ characters. Not much in the way of branching, but the characters are cool and the story is (so far), intriguing. Relatively early stage of development.

Beyond my initial suggestions, I can recommend these femdom games:

1. Project Atmosphere.

Good graphics and an interesting story and characters. There is also mom/son content for all the numerous incest lovers ;)

2. Estate Dominate

An excellent game, now sadly abandoned, mostly due to the general low popularity of femdom games, unless they also offer a maledom path.

3. Captured by the Dark Elves

One of many games by Darktoz who creates only femdom games. This one stands out to me because of the game mechanics. There is actually a stats and combat system and a pretty decent fantasy story.

All of these games are publicly available for free. Patreon support usually provides earlier access to updates, but every update eventually becomes public.

There are also many good non-femdom games and same as here, those that focus on incest and cheating content are much more popular and numerous.

Boring Days (Antimyx)

Wealthy (Russian) businessman gets gradually pussy-whipped by his wife, maid, and employees, because he’s always horny for them. Very grindy game.

I know that sounds awful, but frankly, it’s a lot of fun to watch the asshole of an MC slowly get under everyone’s thumb and lose his arrogance. It appeals to my own sub-genre of femdom, which is about using men’s weakness for pussy to make them submissive.

HTML with real (amateur) porn gals who are always smiling in every picture, even when they’re supposed to be pissed off.
