Prizefighting and swordplay here. Don't know much about Pancrase. I'll have to look it up. Stopped being able to to the former because apparently having a metal skull and no pain receptors is considered "unsportsmanlike". Made a bit of scratch out of it.

It's essentially More rules MMA.

but I trained for that too. But there is no money in being Lightweight or below. And yes if you put steel in your skull you are not allowed to compete. It's pretty standard too.

Not nearly as grand as people seem to think it is. Kinda like being Frankenstein, sure I'm invulnerable. Heal damn quick. But I can't enjoy a light touch, a brace kiss. Not without electricity.

hmm... I already have electricity, and a shit ton of chronic pain. So it has a particular pleasant quality to the thought.

Tens unit? *grins a bit* Then again. There is something for having my mate never have to pull punches. To finish rutting covered in thin, red lines and teeth marks and know I'll have them healed in a day or so. To feel the current dance through me, feeling.. more as the night wears on? no... i dont have one of those yet. My nervous system. it does fun things with touch, pleasure and pain... does very fucked up things too but, yea.

I went from 1 end of this conversation to the other in my life time. I had a stupid high pain tolerance when I was younger. Now clothing sometimes hurts.

I think I'd prefer lack of sensation to an over abundance.

It is the difference between having a door handle that sticks, or just no fucking door.
