You might be surprized how different it is from the pictures. Just like Ireland, Scottland tends to be portrayed as miles and miles of pasture land, green fields and thatched houses. I was smart enough to know that Dublin would be more like a "big city" than the pictures I've seen of the Irish countryside, but I was still surprized by a lot.

Does Jock live in the city, or more in the country?

No I haven't been in Scotland yet. I know Scotland just from pictures and from movies. It's a place I would deffo like to see one sweet day though! hehe

Jock lives in England atm, because he has a job there. The place where he lives is more in the country I would say. When he was in Scotland he used to live in Edinburgh which is a city. I live in a city as well, but wouldnt mind live in the country at all. I like the country, animals, the peace and quiet and all that. If I could I would by myself a wee farm. Hard work, but the kind of wok I would enjoy.

I am easy, I would like both the country and the city as well. As long as I am there with him. *giggles*

I have a list of places I want to see all thru the British Isles. Once my plans are more deffinate, and I know that I'll be on that side of the pond, and how much free money I'll have to spend while I'm there, I want to plan a stop in London. I have a huge list for London. I could always work it so that I spend a few days in London before moving on to Dublin, but I would really love for it to be something we share. Maybe I could convince him to meet me in London.
