To women who apply--was it more painful losing your virginity, or having anal sex for the first time? All thoughts shared would be appreciated.

Hi.

When I lost my virginity, I was litterally upset that it did not hurt like it was "supposed to". Many reasons can come into play as to why it did not hurt. 1.) I discovered masturbation at a young age. Aside from fingers, I even found household objects to use (such as a marker or other thinner, round objects). 2.) Even though I did not "put out", I was still sexually active. It wasn't too hard to get to 3rd with me in HS. 3.) The guy I lost my verginity to was not that big.

As for anal sex, for most women, I assume (and hope lol), the anus is a tighter hole than the vagina. I have always loved "anal play", but it took me a long time before I could "successfully" have anal sex. By the time it finally "worked", I LOVED it! To this day, I still love anal sex. I have better, stronger orgasms through anal than I do vaginal sex.

I think generally most pain (in either situation) can be overcome or lessened tremendously by a relaxed situation with a considerate partner. But as a guy, I don't really have a first hand opinion.

Welcome to Lit...Beau and BlessedBe!!

I gotta say, the experience of losing my virginity was more painful because it was more on a emotional level. Physically, like BlessedBe, it didn't hurt like so many of us girls are told it would, but the guy's reaction the next day sure hurt! Now, back door lovin' is great, and(i know, i sound like my own mental counselor!) probably because with that first experience in my pocket, i chose someone who wants to please me too for my bedroom forays!

It didn't hurt all that bad my first time. Just a little stinging was all and it quickly passed. But as for anal....it did hurt quite a bit the first time. If you take it too fast...you might make it hurt to the point that she may not want to try it ever again

Losing my virginity didn't hurt me at all, probably because I had already been masturbating for some time. Now my first time for anal sex is a different story. It hurt! But I was young and not very experienced at the time, and it was done completely wrong. No lube was used at all (except for my own wetness), and I was too nervous to relax. It's still uncomfortable at first for me, but if we take our time, relax, and use lots of lube it's great. A little Anal Eaze always helps too.

I've only done anal once...not my thing (Felt like I needed to have a bowel movement). It didn't hurt as he went in slowly.

The first time I had vaginal sex, while I bled, I don't recall much, if any pain.
