Been quiet on this thread this week. Wonder what everybody has been up to? I have to think that there are more than a few people from DMV on Lit considering there are 5 million in the area.

I don't think it is that bad to live in this area to be embarrassed about and I don't think I would recognize anybody out on the street but if you do, you can always come up and say hi. :). Another areas seem to have much better representation.

Maybe people are too wrapped up in politics to come here, who knows but still disappointing. Nice see you muse.

I know quite a few here who don't post in this thread but are locals. I don't really know why, I like it here and am happy I live out this way. It's better than where I started :D

Where did you start from? Interesting journey to reach here? Was born and raised in the area but have lived in Delaware and Colorado.

I went over to Clydes Jody. Had a beer. Should have come by, I was buying.
 
Just want you all to know that I am now a TV star. Was at the Nats game today, fourth row right behind home plate. Was on TV almost every pitch. The only problem was I had to keep yelling 'down in front ' at the guy dressed in black right behind the catcher. Kept sticking his head in the way. Lol.

Just waiting for the TV contracts to start rolling in. :)
