Reliability, I suppose, and there's nothing wrong with it if that's what you want, but it's not what people are generally looking for when asking for recommendations. :)

Mellow Mushroom is a chain, too, though probably a little less known. I mentioned this because both PF Changs and Mellow Mushroom are getting ready to open new locations less than fifteen minutes from where I live, and it amuses me that they were both suggested. Just waiting for the BJs Brewhouse and Zoes Kitchen to be recommended next. ;)
 
When in Richmond, I always suggest going to the New York Deli in CaryTown. Granted, I am incredibly bias because I am the occasional Bouncer on weekends, but the food is awesome & so is the atmosphere!

I didn't know Mellow Mushroom was a chain until I googled it for the link. That's the only location I knew about. Hopefully Seth likes chain restaurants! ;)

It's only just started to creep it's way up here, I think. I haven't been yet, but I've heard nothing but good things about them. I'm familiar with the name from visiting South Carolina and Georgia many years ago. It doesn't surprise me that some aren't aware they're a chain. :)

It was right near UVA, so I figured it was an eclectic little college pizza place. Lol

Well, it certainly sounds like one, doesn't it? Perhaps that's how they started. The few that I've been aware of were also in college towns. :)
