The flip flop of Governors in Virgina from Democrat to Republican goes back and forth just about every election without fail. A couple of two term matched with two term Governors thrown in ever so often...and what you we have?
absolutely nothing!
Each side says the same old shit every time...."well, the people have spoken...the people have taken their state back...blah, blah, blah.
This problem in govt is not a new one. The difference in votes, whether it is Virginia or New Jersey is not significant....it does not solve the problem of leadership and addressing citizens real issues. If it did, I think the vote tally differences would be and remain much much greater.
So, congratulations Republicans, your Republican guy won fair and square and he will be ousted by a Democratic not too long from now.
It is a zero sum game that does not work for citizens in the long run.
Ps- 1962-66..... Governor Harrison....the last of a long line of Democrat(southern) Governors....hmmm...what changed during his term? Answer gets bonus points.
