How about a story that has a beautiful villainess destroying all the superheroes, making her path to world domination even easier. She has destroyed Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Spiderman, Green Lantern and all the others. Except for Superman, who has been a bit more of a challenge.

But now she has captured Superman and is about to enjoy sadistically destroying him, for this will be the end of any significant resistance to her.

As she enters her dungeon, wearing high heels and a long, tight black dress, she snickers as she tells Superman that after he's gone, there will be no stopping her evil plans from prevailing.

Then she activates the kryptonite. And coldly walks out, her heels clicking into the background.

And then?

I mean you effectively wrote the entirety of your story idea already.

Interesting

This idea is really interesting, however, you are basically saying the whole story in your post and how does she lure him to her and why use the weaknesses we know they have? Why not come up with a unique way that she destroys all of them? I know this would be a great non-erotica or erotica if you could figure out another way to destroy them besides the known ways, be original here. It might be a nice twist to figure out how to lure him to her, along with the others who have already fallen under her destruction. This is just my train of thought here, you can do anything you wish with this story, but it is a good plot just needs more development.

I'd have her use a different weapon to destroy each superhero.
I'd have her take Robin as her personal slave.
Nothing comical or lovable about her; she would just be evil, and proud of it too.

Hebr, Its a good idea but at the same time it seems to be a bit undeveloped, It would be good if you could further develop it. :)

Well, you're right. I'm just kind of new to the stories thing. So any help you or anyone can provide would be appreciated.

I'd have my villainess be late 20's, devastatingly beautiful, and of the femdom archetype. Not really flawed or in any way sympathetic, but just outright evil. And she will prevail in the end.

Would you be interested in roleplaying it out? I'm open to doing the DC universe, though I do have an idea for a male original character that is much more... anti-hero than 'Superman' hero... maybe an ally for your villainess?

My only issue with an established universe as the setting is it makes me wonder what will happen when the cosmic villains find out that earth's champions are no longer around. I mean, Your villainess might have beaten superman but what does she do when Darkseid comes in with a complete anti-life equation or the Anti-monitor starts spreading a wave of antimatter through the universe?

To be fair, only comic fans would care about that but if you're doing a "kill all heroes" story that's set after the aftermath, you need to do a little world building to show what the impact is of a world stripped of its heroes

I'm not real good at this and I'm new at it. But I'll try.

I'd have my villainess be a brilliant young woman, a childhood prodigy who blitzed her way through school, was orphaned at a young age, and became fiercely independent and insecure as a result. She trusts no one, plots against everyone and uses people regularly, and disposes of them when they are no longer useful.

She decides to build a criminal empire as soon as she reaches adulthood. She is successful, and gets greedier and more and more ambitious. She destroys the first superhero that gets in her way (name, I don't know), and then proceeds to use new methods to destroy the next superhero and the next one and the next one. She gets more and more ambitious and diabolical as she sets her sights on ever more powerful superheros.

She embraces the power of the dark side. She is evil and proud of it. And she will prevail in the end.

I had assumed the DC universe all along.
