Able to enter a Chat Room but unable to view any of the users profiles. When clicking the profile only a blank page opens! Logged out and then logged back in and still absolutely nothing!

if you go to the http and where it shows up with a u, type in author, you can view them

could you give an example of what it should look like? I tried replacing the u with author and get an 404 error message

The advice is almost correct. Replace the u with authors, not author, and it works.

where do I find that http. I do not see it anywhere. This used to work just fine. What changed?

Look at the URL address line at the top of your screen when you're on a blank profile page, and replace the /u/ with /authors/.
It works as a temporary workaround until the issue is resolved.
