My girl wants to do nude video chat where she can have strangers tell her what to do? How does one go about setting that up. is there any way to earn $$$ doing it??? just interested.

Otherwise, $$$ really depends on the effort and how your wife looks like and what she is willing to do in front of the cam.
The lowest effort is just a messenger and asking for money. An amazon wishlist is popular, too.
The middle effort is to sign up to one of the many webcam sites that offer such services.
With high effort you make the most money, as always. This means making your own website which requires daily maintenance and subscribers.
The biggest problem is not really the cam, show or getting money or technical stuff, but the legal regulations - if you do this really for money and regularly, then you are a freelancer - and this has a ton of consequences, IRS, health care, protection of minors...
