I am currently looking for stories by Victoria Blackstone, but I can't find any. Even her website, where you can buy them, doesn't seem to work. Do any of you know where I can find them, or better yet, do you have them? A DM would be greatly appreciated.

I have already read these and contacted her, but no reply.

Looks like she's no longer active, at least under that name. The site that used to sell her books (Lot's Cave) is also no longer active. Unless someone has copies they can share with you ....

OK, I did a quick search. This Reddit post says that the owner of Lot's Cave passed, so the publisher shut down. Apparently, at that time, Smashwords thought they were still operating, but in the past few months all the Lot's Cave stuff was pulled from Smashwords.) A few of their books are on Overdrive, but not the ones you were interested in. Quite a few are on Lulu, you could take a look there.
