Diet and exercise, weight control, blood pressure control and cardiovascular health.

Of course I eat like shit, am overweight, have high blood pressure, yet I still have no problems. Must be all that exercise. I will admit though, that while I never really had any problems, my enjoyment and longevity has improved as my cardiovascular health has. There's definitely something to that.

Don't worry as much about how long you can fuck; spend more time focusing on how long you make a sex session last. Women don't want an hour of non-stop thrusting.

You know, I misread that quote. I was describing things to do to avoid ED problems later in lide, but what I described will help with stamina as well. The simple fact is that most women don't orgasm from penetration alone. If I were you, I'd concentrate on ways to pleasure her more through foreplay and oral sex, rather than worrying about making her cum multiple times from penetration.

Well, my SO and I have never used them, so I'm not any kind of expert. But I think there are some rings that fit around the base and some for the whole package. For stamina, I think around the base of the cock is sufficient. The silicone ones say they stretch up to four inches diameter, so any guy should be able to fit that around. They also have velcro closure ones, and slip ties.

No pills or anything else can make your cock grow bigger. Maybe the increased blood flow to his penis makes it harder, and that makes it seem bigger. A partially hard or not fully hard cock is smaller than when it's at its peak hardness.

You might want to mention to her what EJFan says above - using Viagra if you don't need it could cause cardiovascular problems. He shouldn't be using it all the time unless he has a problem with his erection.
