Very recent series - about five parts - new female author

Wife is watching younger male neighbor from her deck. He is swimming and sun tanning nude. There is some banter between them. She and her husband discuss what happened. Husband encourages her. She writes abaout her fantasies about the neighbor. This was all in part one. I didn't get any further.

Thanks for the reply. I think it was mostly Exhibitionist and Voyeur.
