I find it odd that a lot of the links on your thread would be ok to post within Lit. They don't necessarily violate the rules. Well the ones that don't show penetration, or "lewd' displays of genitalia, or is a copywrighted image. But I open the link and wonder why they didn't just hotlink it since it would be acceptable within the rules. Still I suppose you guys are erring on the side of caution over there, and the links should help the workload on Lit's servers too.

Like you said, err on the side of caution. I know some of the links that others post can be attached. Other times, I have to PM someone to ask that they edit their post. And, I suppose once in the habit of just posting the links, it may then become automatic for all pics.

That's good. A relief.

It's always a hard thing to judge anyway. I try to stick with the safer ones lest I get into the habit of posting ones that violate Lit's policy.

That method you described to me to just show the picture to link to didn't work for me. I right click and there's something that says "Show Picture" but I can't select it.
