Hi Thread people, vergin writer may need a help in HAND if you know what I mean, 
Im very much int keeping fit and therefor I go running on a regular basis, last week as I ran around my local park (more like a field realy), I notice this lady who Ive seen on other ocasions also, see was out walking her dog. The dog was a playful thing and often ran with me for a short while, however on this ocasion it B-lined me and head butted me right in the nuts at full speed. "OWWCH" Im on the floor realing in pain when this soft voice said are you ok and put her hand on my arm, bending over I could see how fit and sexy she was, "where did sally (the dog) catch you", just here I exclaimed, to my total suprise she began to rub it for me changing my pain into shere delite and excitment,
"do you want to come back to my plase and well see if there is any damage" she said with no hesitation in her voice.
