I mean I honestly wish anon would write more of the kinds posts she wants to see in the forum, instead of blaming a prolific poster for the life they bring to it. If anon posted about something deserving of sympathy, they'd probably have gotten it from the members here. (Maybe not now if they were connected to this) They didn't need to be bitter about someone else getting sympathy from people when they probably could have had the same if there were a reason.

You do post a lot, but most of what you post is interesting, at least to me. I've never found a reason to have it grate me. Some people are verbose, some are sparse with words. Some amble through it and some sprint. All are alright with me as long as they have something to say.

I wouldn't put too much truck in what anon had to say. They have a condition that affects many around here called cowardice. I was always taught to say what you need to say, but do it to their face, not hidden or behind a person's back. I do have to admit in my 73 years I have done it the second way a time or two, but I felt really bad about it and decided I wouldn't do that again, for the sole reason I had to look at myself in the mirror in the mornings. Live and learn.

It seems there is a couple of lessons here to learn:

1) Never pay a whole lot of attention to someone who wants to vent their bowels, and is too cowardly to do it so's you can have your say, to their face. Ain't worth much worry atoll.

2) Don't irritate the keith. He's like the old grumpy orangutan sitting in his cage, he's gonna howl and fling poo, you just don't know when or for what reason.

Honestly? A lot of it reads like projection. There’s a bunch of shittalking with phrases like “queen bee” and the like that read like someone who’s used to being the center of attention (and treating it like a high school popularity contest) suddenly isn’t.

If you think logically about it, we all write knowing the work will provoke a variety of emotional responses in our readers. Some people do the same in their DMs/comments and are clearly hooked on negative attention.

FWIW, I was feeling down for a number of reasons. Bad timing and problems coming in fives I think. A lot better now. Not looking for sympathy, more understanding what on Earth is going on.

I don’t have a feud with anyone. I don’t send anonymous messages to anyone. I think it’s easy to conflate attacks with a feud. The latter requires malice on both sides.

Does Ukraine have a feud with Russia, or is that something else?

I’m not upset by this anonymous message, just very, very puzzled.
