Do like sexylady says. I don't know if you are old enough to remember the old commercials. the phone is ringing off the wall, someone is at the door, the kids are screaming and crying,etc....
and the lady pours bubble bath and slips in and says:
"Calgon take me away!!!" I know I have those days. So just run a bubble bath and let Calgon, bubble bath, take you away from it all. And then scream as loud as you can, too, if it will help.

Besides even if he was home, I wouldn't get 5 min's too myself.

No pity heere, just a suggestion, Call the baby sitter and then follow the above advice, you don't have to leave, just let the baby sitter take care of the others.
