i just had a vasectomy 3 days a go and was wonering if any other guys that had it done noticed that there balls hang a little lower? also how did it hurt after you had it done? mine still feels like someone is kicking me in the balls all the time.

IIRC, it took about two weeks for my Vasectomy to heal up (it was nearly 25 years ago), but it was never as painful as you describe -- go talk to your doctor.

Had one about 17 years ago. Felt like I had been smacked in the balls with a baseball bat by a sumo wrestler for a week. The following week, a little better. Say, kicked in the balls by a mule. A month later I began to walk somewhat normally again. Oh, and mine was done by a urologist so good he's known as "the doc's dick doc."

I was "cut" about 6 months ago (best thing that ever happened), and besides a little discomfort the next day, the only pain that I felt was when the doctor took the stiches(sp) out a couple of weeks later.

The only medication I got was the shot of liquid valium(sp) right before the operation ( and if anyone has the chance to take some, I highly reccommend it)

Mine don't hang down any lower than before, and everything is just the same.

I would say that if your doctor cut deeper than he should, it should hurt a little longer, cause you gotta remember that there are alot of nerves down there.

But that's just my opinion about the matter, hope it helped.

I had mine about forty years ago. The worst part of the whole thing was watching the Urologist drooling all the time my cock was exposed. Learned later that he was gay.

As to ball position: one does hank lower than the other. He nicked the support tendon on that one.

Pain: None during or fore several hours later. After that very sore for several days. pain tapered off over the rest of the week.

Stitches dissolved and fell off in about ten days. no problems since.

Resumed full sexual activities after last stitch gone.

yeah i had the no scalpel one. the pain is starting to ease up now but there is some bruising showing up now. it lets me know when I'm getting dress because there more sensitive now. also i go for a recheck tuesday.

You certainly can shoot, with no noticable difference in volume.

The amount of semen contributed by your nuts is small. Most semen is made in the prostate and seminal vesicles, and they don't get touched by a vasectomy.

The variation in the amount of semen you shoot each time, which depends on how aroused your are and how long it's been since the last time you came, is much larger than the amount of sperm missing due to the vasectomy.

You'll never be able to prove you had a vasectomy by measuing the amount of semen you shoot before and after your surgery.

My dad had one when all us kids got to be teenagers. After the 'healing' period he went in for a check up - and they did another sperm count. He had to have it done again! The first one didn't 'take'? or something. I think he got a little ego boost out of the whole ordeal! (I'm so manly I had to have it cut twice kind of a thing - lol)
