Yes, it will all recover in time. Have noticed many plants "taking off" as a result of the fires. Such is the nature of the Oz bush. Unfortunately these fires were too ferocious and fast moving for the wildlife.

The planet did very nicely before we got here and will do very nicely when we're gone.

A couple of candid shots checking out what has been left of a National Park a little way from where we live, after the fires six months ago.

The trees are beginning to recover, as is most of the vegetation........such is the nature of the Aussie bush.

It will take some years to get back to its former glory.

The whole place was eerily quiet.
