Hey Lovelies :rose:

I try to replay the past 9 days by listening, watching and feeling. At times it is all one blur of images and sounds and feelings, yet the overwhelming feeling I sit with is that of being safe. I was not concerned for my life at any time, and I felt no fear. I was scared of loosing the baby, but I knew I was protected.

I experienced hands. So many hands. . . different shapes, sizes and skin tones, and belonging to different people. At times holding mine. Sometimes reaching out towards me, or gently stroking my skin to comfort me. The hands would point me in the right direction or show me the different paths I could follow. I felt a familiar hand on the small of my back, gently coaxing me to safety.

I give thanks to all the hands - to all of you. Thank you for keeping me safe. I give thanks for my Life and for the people in it, and for the kindness, light, and energy I have received.

I am profoundly grateful to everyone. Thank you for trusting me. Thank you for giving of yourself so freely. Thank you for recognising what I needed, and thank you for keeping me and the baby safe.

Thank you for this day
and thank you for tomorrow
and the day after

It's wonderful that you are home, I am absolutely pleased to hear that you are doing better. :rose:

We missed you, Momma S!
Oh, by the way, you won't let me add you to my Yahoo Messenger list. I had to go and get a new name and such.

This thread still leaves me breathless :) (in a good way)

I am doing much better today, thank you. I have to stay in bed for two weeks, which in principle is acceptable (yes, I know where your minds are going!) but the reality is a little more difficult to deal with. I keep on wanting to get up to do something and then realise I can't. And my body is crying for exercise. It's been over 10 days since I have worked out and I miss that total "high". And to stretch! I'd give anything right now to be able to stretch properly. I guess I will have to get my endorphins in another way...

So, with all this energy I have been sent, can someone please levitate the DVD remote over to me because it has slipped somewhere...

And I need someone to email the Krispy Kreme company for me - the more pregnant I get, the smaller their doughnuts become

Don't forget the countless pounds of chocolate you have stashed under your pillow.
I'll send the KK truck around to deliver for you.
You need to get a bell to ring for service...or a gong!!!

Watching movies and eating crap while on your laptop....I see a full recovery here. :D

Sweets. . . all food looks smaller when you are pregnant. ;)

We need to remedy that. Zade should start a maternity M&S food section.

I'm hungry...

P.S. I love the AV, red :rose:

Do not mention Madonna in my presence, please. I am threatening to buy tickets for her show in France. I need to find out where she is still performing. It is her last show after all, and I cannot believe that i missed it. It's a sin. (oh wait, that's the petshop boys... )

I scared people? Can we work that into a Halloween entry? ;)

She lives in London, just invite her over for tea.

I'm sorry!
I don't think I can do it. :(
Just check under the Krispy Kreme box. :p :D

You can do it! Felines have super magical powers!

Box? You mean they come in boxes? (makes a note to investigate, for surely more can fit into a box than a packet)

Nope, sorry, you have done your scaring for this year already, maybe next year?

I do hope you are able to get to France and see the unmentionable one perform.
