VaCa fun

Hi Everyone; I'm in the So Cal Area, and at the end of September, I'm taking a much needed vacation. I'm a Single Male, and I'd like to go somewhere fun where perhaps a lot of single 30ish women go to have fun. Im inept at the bar scene, so it would help if I could go to a place where I know women go to hook up. Any suggestions? (please don't suggest Vegas, I hate fucking Vegas!)

You don't say what your budget is or if you wish to stay within the US or are okay with going international. Anyway, here is my opinion....

If you are open to travelling outside of the US, you might look into the Mexican Rivera. From what I understand, there are lots of single women on cruises and not very many men. Might be worth it to check it out. If you don't want to do the cruise route, you could always take trip to Cabo or Mazatlan. Perhaps as far south as Hualtulco, though it's probably unbearably hot there now.

If you want to stay within the US, I would think any large city would have what you might be interested in. The first thing that comes to mind is New Orleans - that city is just made for one big party, and even those of us who don't do the bar scene can find some place to sit, have a drink, and enjoy.

You don't say what you consider to be fun, so it's a bit difficult to make suggestions. If you are the outdoorsy type, a big city isn't going to do much for you, and you might want to consider other options such as Sedona or one of the parks in Utah. Big cities normally offer a well rounded selection of things to do, so if you are not adverse to a city vacation that might be something to consider.

Thanks SexyChele for the reply; I guess I wasn't too specific, but the budget is healthy, and I'd like to stay in the U.S. Perhaps a singles cruise is the way to go; as I said, I'm kind of inept at the bar scene ("so, is that a cosmopolitan you're drinking?"), so it'd be great to go where I know that's what people go for, y'know? I also had thought of New Orleans; might be the thing.....
