have come & gone for another year. Today we’re heading back in time to the 1760’s & the French & Indian War. There will be a living history program at Frontier Culture Museum in Staunton this weekend. Perhaps a chance to gaze upon an Indian Madian, or a Frontier Women.... or maybe just get “ scalped “

Yes indeed, a Good Pint is always a wonderful thing. They put in a very informative & fun presentation. They didn’t quite get as many participants as expected, but the ones who did show were 1st rate. No Indian Maiden’s, but a couple of “ frontier women”. Amazingly the were 4 fellows from Western NY & Fort Niagara, almost felt like being back home. The Natural Bridge is on our agenda this Spring. I’ll let you know about the status of the Village. I have relatives that used to live in the little town of Glasgow that is a few miles from Natural Bridge. When I was little we went to Natural Bridge a few times for Easter Sunrise Church service. All I remember is how fricking cold it was. You ever go to the Renaissance festival near Annapolis? Yeah, I like his shows. I enjoy cooking so I watch his "In the Kitchen" show on Wed nights. Have bought some stuff from his shows. I bought his cookbook though I have not made anything from it yet.

Well with the warm weather upon us & beer consumption up it’s Original Coors( knot their “ lite swill”). Come fall it’s Octoberfest, Irish Red’s, IPA’s & Porters. Have some good local craft breweries here in the Valley. Sam Adams is also a good choice, as is Sierra Nevada. Slainte
