I enjoy visiting the different Civil War battlefields. I did go to an reenactment at Bull Run several years ago and would love to go see one in Gettysburg.

Good for you. I’ve been to 3 down here in Virginia. So much larger & many more participants ( lots more Calvary & artillery) then in NY. Love talking to the “ non solider” re- enactors to ( medical people, newspaper reporter, undertaker, signal & weathermen. They fill in the jigsaw puzzle of ALL the people from that period in history. By the way the steaks looked Great

Charcoal is the best on my big green egg grill. it has been a busy summer so far so have not had the time smoke any ribs yet. I do about a 5 hour smoke so they are fall off the bone tender.

It poured here 3 times in the last 3 days so have flash flood warnings. Backyard is a swampy, muddy mess so will take a while to dry out. Hope anyone that needs rains gets some rain. I am willing to share.
