Using photos in stories and size of submissions.

I have written a few stories that I illustrate with photos found on various web sites. A recent story had 15 JPEG photos and was 10.8 megabytes in size. I understand that their are few copyright protected photos, but I would like to know if anyone has an opinion regarding the use of photos from the internet. Also, is their a size restriction on uploading stories? Thanks in advance for you thoughts. Silverbone

That's a question you need to e-mail to webmaster@literotica.com because it deals with the server's capacity.

You are however wrong about there being few copyrighted pictures on the internet -- all of them are copyrighted even if they aren't explicitly tagged as to who owns the copyright. If you use pictures from the internet to illustrate youur stories, you really should contact the site operator where you found them and ask for the models permission to associate them with an erotic story.

At the very least, you should clearly attribute the source of the pictures you use and state whether they are used with or without permission.
