using AI to improve VHS video resolution

How do I use AI to improve the resolution of a couple of my videos that were originally VHS tapes, in the most cost-effective way?

There's a free app called Waifu2x GNU that is very good at upscaling pictures and video. It can also give them that hand painted look that's nice to look at sometimes. I've used it to upscale low res images from VHS. Hope this is helpful.
