It is over here in Britain, apparently you take your concentration off the road because you're talking... huh? But I do readily admit that all things considering, you only have 1 hand to drive with if you're on the phone, which is pretty damn foolish.

Here's one for ya. Over here, all speed camera's have to be clearly visable to the public and have signs up telling people where the camera's are.

Yup, the idea is to catch the speeders, and they speeders sued the police as the police were being sneaky because they didn't have time to slow down like they used to when they saw the cop car...
