Because the forum search function is more likely to turn up this thread than the other one:
Literotica has apparently converted from a single database of stories, indexed by sequential numbers, to separate folders for each story. This allows then to use the operating system's file management functions to manage stories. The URL you're asked for needs to be a unique folder name, just as if you were creating a folder for that story on your computer.
The submission script will not accept all the characters that operating systems do for file and folder names, so there are some differences in how you can name your stories folder; no spaces and no underscore characters are the two identified so far.
