Update me, willya?

{{{{{{{{{{ADR!}}}}}}}}}}

So good to see you about and know that you're well.

I'm pootling along as usual. You might want to kick Shy up the butt for us, haven't seen her in ages either.

So, you getting a new hat for this wedding or is that just a Brit thing?

Congrats on your stellar health too, that's always good to know.

Nice digs your son got at about 1/3 the price. Nothing really good about the crash except young people have a great opportunity to buy a house if they have a job.

The person that paid 450,000 is probably considering suicide.

I have TWO jobs! lol Working in jail.
It is very hard for me....watching everyone else get to play with cuffs and shakles and thick leather belts. *sigh*

How's the business going? I think about you quite often and at strange locations. ;-) :rose:

:)

I slowly let go of the business over the last year or so... too difficult to find enough inventory to maintain stuff. So now I get to collect vintage lingerie instead of sell it (and have a huge old armoire full to overflowing to prove it ;) ).

Kids are fabulous; the ex is remarrying this summer; my relationship status-ish stuff is... difficult [as usual].

I really am so glad you dropped by; I think of you often.

:rose:

Ms ADR, so nice to see your post. And even better to hear that you are in the pink, health-wise.

I have nothing exciting to report on atm. However I am waiting for you to tell me when will meet for our soon to be legendary golf-fest. ;)

Just not before October, OK? Its already too damn hot. Although we've had rain 3 times this week which is pretty weird for June.

I got married in Connecticut on May 11th.

It is SO SO SO good to see you again!

*waves at ADR*

MIS made it through her surgery, and down here now. Aside from that, life is life.

Glad to hear that yours is doing well!

my God.... My God.... MY GOD!!!

I have to go to work but can't wait to come back and talk to you all. So many neat things happening in your lives!!! So many friends to talk to again!!!

It's SO nice to see all your "faces" again. Reminds me how much I miss you and how much I've missed!

It makes me so happy (and I'm smiling big) to see how much you all have to celebrate in your lives.

Congratulations to you all for the wonderful lives you have!

I'll be back on Sunday and hope to visit with you... "til then, everyone take good care!

I made friends with a rock star from the band Drivin N Cryin yesterday. Have known his wife/girl friend from our local board for a while. Finally met in person yesterday. It was fun. She is a year older and I don't remember her but saw her picture and wow, she was hot back then. But we know a lot of the same people.

Nice to see you back and hear your news, especially that your health is going well. I have also been a little MIA around these parts, though have dropped by to check things out a few times with little energy to do more....hopefully that will improve. For the rest, still blissfully and sinfully with F.:)

Nothing about yours. How are you doing now? I've thought so often about you. British Airways has sinfully cheap flights to London after October... we are in the talking stages right now.

Congratulations on the new mod job. I'm sure you're doing an excellent job. I'm glad to hear about your other job, too. We should stay in better touch...

Well, you've got yourself a more interesting collection than mine. I just collect teapots and lots of really worthless stuff. I think of you, too... more than you'd imagine, I suppose.

Was the plan to meet in Havasau for golf? Or did we ever even discuss that? We will have to firm something up. I look forward to it!

Oh, how great this is to hear! I hope you years and years of wonderful lives!

I'm glad to hear that things are moving ahead for MIS and for all of you. Success stories are always welcome. ;-)

One word for you: more sex. Oh... sorry I was channeling Joe Biden there. HA! We should be in touch more often. I sure miss ya!

It is great to hear your a well and happy.

love H

I've tried to contact you on IM but something isn't connecting. I really would love to hear how the business is going. I hope your family is well. Love you Harry.

Sitting here on my patio, I imagine all of you hanging around, drinks in hand and lots of good talk and music. Thank you to those who honored me with a post and smile.

Your steps today should be lighter knowing that something so easy as a kind word or line from you can do so much for others around you. (insert a rose here because the rules say I'm not allowed anymore images, okay?)

P.S. WD, I planted stuff this weekend, but I wouldn't call it a garden or me a gardener. ;-)
And thank you Nax for those kind words!

I am glad to hear your health is stable and smoothly sailing!

I haven't dropped into this because I'm very boring. I'm doing another dive-bomb trip in NYC, all biz, no time to hang with friends. So that's really not interesting either.

More of same with no drama is good tbough.

ADR it really is lovely to see you around here again.:kiss:

I was in your country a few months back but I think it was while you were jet-setting! If I get back again, I'll try to be in touch. You're still in Ohio, yes? (Unless you've moved across the Atlantic by now and I missed it?)

No drama is always the best. I wouldn't call you boring though, instead content. And I'd rather be content, like you. ;-)

Hi backatcha! Hope your corner of the world is great!

No, still in Ohio is correct. And I'd enjoy the chance very much. :)

I think we did talk Havasu. But I'm open to other places within reasonable driving distance. I have to confess I have never been to Havasu so I don't even know if there is a decent course there. I sort of associate LH with out-of-control Spring Break rather than golf. :D

Can you PM?

I've never been to Havasau either but I have a friend who golfs there and he says it's a nice course. And Havasau is not really a half way mark for you, I don't think. It's a longer drive for you than me, if I"m not mistaken.

Yep I can PM and will. ;-)

Great to see you, ADR!!!

I'm so glad to see you are doing well - both in health and life! Still think about you (and others out here I miss) and smile - a lot - sometimes like a cheshire cat.

As far as an update, I'm still breathing and above ground while becoming a jet setter. I have traveled to London to sing in the international premier of "Sing for the Cure (SFTC)" - a symphony written as a fundraiser for the Komen Foundation (breast cancer research/activities), bowled in Reno, NV (currently in 29th out of 74 places with my doubles partner), will be creating a recording with the community choir I sing with (in 2 weeks), bowling in another tournament in Tulsa, OK (4 weeks), visiting Russia with friends in December (I know, it will be cold) ... AND I'll be singing the 10th Anniversary of SFTC in Carnegie Hall next June! Whew ... I know I told my kids when they were grown and gone that I would travel ... I just didn't think it would all be this year!!!

Still haven't found anyone who enjoys a good "cup of chocolate" who is willing to work on opening my locks, but I think that's their loss.

Stay in touch, sweetie - so I know where to send pictures and I'll do the same!

Esclava :rose:

ADR I miss you

I have emailed you

But Damn, I miss you

I am glad you are back in Lit (heck I am glad I am back in Lit)

I know I don't always keep in touch.

I have your last years Christmas presents for you here, still wrapped and still unsent! One day, one day, they will be on there way to you.

I went to Stratford the other day and remembered our day in the rain.

I found a village you would just love, full of pretty shops and pretty things.

xxxx
