Okay, so I couldn’t use the search. Is there a way to search for stories with a title “My First Time”, exactly that, and nothing more? I just wondered what could be a common story title, and that was what I came up with.

Put quotes around "my first time". That will show only stories with those three words in the title - 278 pages!
If you use advanced search and specify titles only - 8 pages.
Yeah, yeah, I know — "get off of your soap box, THROBBS"
"but, I'm up here already."
It would be nice, if in the Erotic Art Hub, there was a search function.
Even when one brings up the list, you cannot click on the alphabet to jump to the "M" section, for example. It is simply the list, "sorted" alpha-numerically, with special characters first — "Aadvark's adventure" would be first (WITH the quotations)... or "0-10 is how I rate them" would be before that.
Once that became apparent, some folk would name their work accordingly, to at least be on the first page. edit: I mean the TOP of the list—*it is one page that you can s-c-r-o-l-l down.
I was hoping that maybe the https://search.literotica.com/ might include images, but nope.
So, as far as naming (for Erotic Art) goes, I think that having something unique and descriptive makes sense, along with the short description. There are no categories and the tags don't help either.

It doesn't seem to matter and the readers don't care whether a title is unique or has been used many times.
True, but a unique title might make it easier for a reader to find your story again.
I typically do a quick search to see if my title is unique. I have an incest naked-with-sister story pending that I titled "Naked with My Sister Tilly" - Tilly because I wanted the title to be unique.
At least any title you use will be unique within your personal catalog, so maybe it's not that important after all?
