Under attack!

Napalm? All that is is gasoline mixed with dish detergent. The thing about 'palm is not that it's so hot but that it sticks to whatever it touches. Dangerous shit, woman. Stick to the propane torch.

The little burial mound washed away in the torential downpour we got. The little carcass is nowhere to be found. My guess is he's lying in wait--waiting to get me.

Well . . . in Africa they have these things called tsetses? And the only way to kill them for sure is to grab them as they bite you? And then you twist off the head? And just to make sure you throw the head out one side of the hunting car and the body out the other! And that's not a joke!

What one of those things might be doing in Illinois is a serious question.

Blame it on Global Warming.

Hey dad...just so you know, in the neighborhood in Chicago I live in, all of the following have been spotted in growing numbers in yards, on sidewalks, crossing busy streets, and chillin on porches, patios, decks and such: deer, fox, geese and coyotes. Not to mention the bobcats being discovered in the suburbs!!

Now I ask you, does a tsetse fly in Illinois seem that crazy now? ;)

By the way SW, I'm hugely disgusted by that picture you posted. It's a good thing you're not me, because if I had a husband he'd be awake and pissed that I disturbed his sleep to have him kill the ugly fucker. :rose:

And I have it on fair authority that cougars (the four legged kind) are working their way east. My sister in Indiana says that the locals are really worried about it. One was killed crossing the highway a couple of years back and they're supposed to be extinct in that part of the country. Be afraid, be very, very afraid . . .

If I waited for my guy to kill the nasty bugs, we'd be overrun. It's just easier to do it myself.

They've been living in the west part of Illinios for several decades. No one ever sees them much and they rarely bother livestock. The beasts prefer solitude and quiet.

Humpf! Just like the some of my antisocial relatives. This bear prefers company and quiet . . . especially the moans and sighs kind of company and quiet.

Hey, if that bug does resurrect and comes back to bother you, I'm making Safari Chicken and I've got some left over marinade. Let's see its evil self survive this stuff!

It's haunting me now, bringing down a plague of foul luck and bad temper.

True, true. The terrorier and I went for a walk . . . five and a half miles. Now my hands don't work so well from all the blood pumping so I'm going to sign off. I can't even continue my steamy story. :( Ah well, there's tomorrow.
