Does Literotica have a policy concerning characters under 21 drinking alcohol?

I am sure it would be more a moral choice you would have to make for your story. Why you believe it important? What is the scenario? The USA laws are primarily about purchasing alcohol and public possession.

While the guidelines (https://www.literotica.com/resources/content-guidelines ) do not mention alcohol, there are clear guidelines about:

• "Ravishment, nonconsensual, dubiously consensual, or consensual-nonconsensual fantasies involving real-life people, groups/organizations, or copyrighted characters."
  
  
• Works that advocate for readers to engage in any real life (non-fictional) activity that is illegal in the United States.

I'm sure "a glass of wine with dinner at home" by a 20 yr old would not be an issue, but how would that be integral to your story, requiring mention?

Remember that the global drinking age (for public drinking) is usually 18.
